Service contract

A service contract will take care that all VacuSteps will be checked and serviced professionally. The vacuum will be controlled and adjusted, if necessary. Required spare parts will be billed at special prices. Every inspection will be recorded in a special chart.

Product Training

The purchase of a VacuStep includes a several hours training course on the product. Every participant will receive a certificate which classifies him/her as VacuStep Specialist.

Certificates

Every studio which operates professionally with VacuStep( service contract etc.) will receive a certificate classifying this studio as VacuStep Professional Center.
