Training with VacuStep
In a recent test series of ROLO Sportgeräte
20 ladies with extreme problems of shape and cellulite at thighs, buttocks,
stomach and hips were exercising in the VacuStep for 4 weeks
each.
According to the VacuStep training plan these ladies did take
20 sessions at 30 minutes each which corresponds to 5 days per
week.
The progress of these test persons were recorded
in writing and with photographs and the results were confirmed by the
ladies with their signature.
